Job Title: Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown
Location: Dayton, OH
Schedule: Nights
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in an Intensive Care Unit, Progressive Care Unit, or Stepdown setting • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to individualized plans of care • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes • Monitor and report patient status to physicians and other healthcare professionals • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care techniques
Required Qualifications: • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio • 1.5 years of experience in IMC/PCU/Stepdown setting • BLS, ACLS, and NIH certification • Experience with stable chronic ventilators • EPIC experience • Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Level 1 or 2 IV start experience • Travel experience in critical care settings • Experience with electronic medical records and telehealth platforms
