Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant Location Federal Way, WA Schedule Days

Key Responsibilities: • Assist physical therapists in providing patient care and rehabilitation services • Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans • Implement exercises and modalities to promote patient recovery and mobility • Maintain accurate patient records and communicate with healthcare team

Required Qualifications: • Physical Therapist Assistant certification or licensure in the state of WA • Current CPR certification • Basic life support certification

Preferred Experience / Skills: • SNF experience • Rehab Optima experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
