Key Responsibilities:
• Provide therapeutic support to physical therapists in treating patients with various injuries and conditions • Assist with patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing exercises and modalities • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications:
• Physical Therapy Assistant certification or license • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Previous experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting • Knowledge of rehabilitation software and electronic medical records systems • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
