Job Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities: • Provide occupational therapy services to patients, including assessments, interventions, and treatment plans • Collaborate with occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming • Use equipment and materials to help patients develop skills and abilities • Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team as needed
Required Qualifications: • State License as an Occupational Therapy Assistant • Current resume • References (3) • County Criminal background check (7 years or more) • Federal Criminal background check (7 years or more) • Multi-State Criminal background check (7 years or more) • Nationwide Sex Offender background check (7 years or more) • HHS/OIG background check • GSA background check • Negative Drug Screen Results • CPR certification (fundamental facilities)
