Job Title Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF Camden, ME
Schedule / Job Type Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and developing individualized care plans. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes. • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and progress.
Required Qualifications • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maine • Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience working with geriatric populations and complex medical conditions • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other clinical software systems • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
