Therapist Physical Therapy Assistant

Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant Location: Mt Laurel Township, NJ Schedule: Full-time, Days

Key Responsibilities: • Provide therapeutic support to physical therapists in assessing, planning, and implementing patient care plans. • Assist with patient evaluations, range-of-motion assessments, and mobility evaluations. • Perform treatments, exercises, and modalities under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.

Required Qualifications: • State License as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) • Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant studies from a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) • Current CPR certification • Basic life support certification

Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous experience working in a physical therapy setting • Knowledge of orthopedic and neurologic conditions • Experience with modalities such as electrical stimulation and heat/cold therapy
