Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to promote patient mobility and function • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
Required Qualifications:
• Clinical therapy experience in a skilled nursing facility setting • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain licensure) • Valid CPR certification
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting, including SNF experience • New graduate therapists welcome to apply • Covid-19 vaccination records required, with test results issued 48 hours prior to start date
