• Provide physical therapy services to patients with various medical conditions and needs • Conduct patient assessments, create treatment plans, and implement exercises and interventions • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans • Educate patients and families on proper techniques and self-management strategies
Required Qualifications:
• State License as a Physical Therapist • Current resume and license verification attached • Three professional references attached
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Previous SNF experience preferred • Covid-19 testing and vaccination records required
