Job Title: Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist
Location: Corsicana, TX
Schedule: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and treat patients with speech, language, and communication disorders • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care • Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring to inform treatment decisions • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques
Required Qualifications:
• State License as a Speech Language Pathologist • Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field • Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) • Strong assessment and treatment skills, with experience working with diverse populations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) or long-term care settings • New Graduates welcome to apply • Recent Covid-19 testing with results issued 48 hours prior to start date required • Ability to commit to a 72-hour Covid-19 testing schedule prior to start date
