Job Title: Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF

Location Marlton, WV

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to meet individual needs and goals • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes • Monitor and manage medications, treatments, and procedures to ensure patient safety and well-being • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on health promotion, disease prevention, and management strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of West Virginia • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher • Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Ability to lift, transfer, and position patients as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working with geriatric or post-acute populations • Knowledge of medical-surgical nursing principles and practices • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technology • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English/Spanish)
