Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians • Develop and maintain patient relationships to promote a positive and supportive environment
Required Qualifications • Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of ME • Current certification in CPR and first aid • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Experience / Skills • Previous experience in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities • Knowledge of medical records management and electronic health records (EHRs) • Bilingual or multilingual skills (optional)
