Therapist Physical Therapy Assistant

Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant Location Myrtle Point, OR Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days

Key Responsibilities: • Provide physical therapy assistant services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist • Assist with patient assessments, treatment plans, and documentation • Perform various physical therapy modalities, such as manual therapy and exercise programs • Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to infection control protocols • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications: • Current physical therapy assistant licensure in the state of Oregon • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred • 0-2 years of experience as a physical therapy assistant, with new graduates considered • Basic life support certification (BLS) or cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting • Covid-19 vaccination record, with test results issued 48 hours prior to start date • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
