Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting • Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians • Monitor patients' physical and emotional conditions, reporting changes to healthcare team members as needed
Required Qualifications:
• Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) • Current certification in CPR and basic life support • Ability to lift, transfer, and position patients safely and efficiently
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Previous experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
