Registered Nurse IMC/PCU/Stepdown
Job Title: Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown
Location: Brevard, NC
Schedule: Full-time, Nights
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Progressive Care Unit (PCU), and Stepdown setting • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on individual needs and goals • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by physicians • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
Required Qualifications:
• Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina • BLS certification (required) • CMSRN certification (encouraged) • 2 years of experience in an IMC/PCU/Stepdown setting (recent experience a plus)
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Leadership experience and charge nurse experience • Experience with medical remote telemetry monitoring, Cerner Patient Observation (CPO), and VC150’s • Strong communication and teamwork skills
