Registered Nurse LTC/SNF

Job Title: Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF

Location: Clovis, NM

Schedule: Full-time, Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to meet individual needs and goals • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in the state of NM • 2+ years of experience in LTC/SNF setting • CNA certification (if applicable) • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and practice management systems • Knowledge of gerontological nursing and dementia care • Certification in gerontological nursing or a related field (e.g. C GN, CPHON) • Bilingual or multilingual skills (if applicable)
