Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality patient care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting • Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement treatments as ordered by physicians • Administer medications, vaccines, and other treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
Required Qualifications • Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of NM • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications (e.g. HIPAA, OSHA)
Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility • Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to communicate effectively with patients and families • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve patient care goals
