Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to meet individual needs • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
Required Qualifications: • Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of NM • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary facility-specific certifications
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities • Knowledge of medical terminology and charting systems • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
