Registered Nurse LTC/SNF

Job Title: Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF

Location: Albuquerque, NM

Schedule: Nights

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to meet individual needs and goals • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in the state of NM • 2+ years of experience in LTC/SNF or related healthcare setting • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working with geriatric or post-acute patients • Knowledge of medical-surgical nursing principles and practices • Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation software • BSN degree or completion of a BSN program
