Registered Nurse LTC/SNF

Job Title: Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF Gallup, NM Full-time, Nights

Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to meet individual needs and goals • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve best outcomes • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records

Required Qualifications: • Current RN licensure in the state of NM • 1+ year of experience in LTC/SNF setting or equivalent experience • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working with geriatric populations • Knowledge of medical-surgical nursing principles and practices • Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation requirements
