Job Title LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF Albuquerque, NM
Schedule / Job Type Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care facility or skilled nursing facility setting • Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor progress • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
Required Qualifications • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license • Current certification in basic life support (BLS) and cardiac arrest response • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities • Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to communicate effectively with patients and families • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
