Registered Nurse Emergency Room
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Room
Location: Cypress, TX
Schedule: Nights
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to meet individualized needs • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed • Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to healthcare team
Required Qualifications:
• Current RN licensure in the state of Texas • 2 years of experience in emergency department nursing • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and Philips EMR • Knowledge of STEMI care, tPA administration, and ortho care procedures • Ability to work in a dynamic, high-acuity environment
