Registered Nurse Rehabilitation
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation
Location: Conroe, TX
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct data collection and documentation in accordance with unit policies and procedures • Provide high-quality patient care to individuals recovering from various medical conditions and injuries • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans • Educate patients and families on proper use of equipment and techniques to promote rehabilitation
Required Qualifications:
• Current RN licensure in the state of Texas • Inpatient rehabilitation experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Previous experience in acute care rehabilitation settings • Knowledge of Meditech EMR system • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move patients as needed
