Job Title: Registered Nurse - Postpartum

Location: Corpus Christi, TX

Schedule: Nights

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care to postpartum patients, including assessments, interventions, and education • Conduct hourly rounds on patients to monitor vital signs and medication administration • Perform various medical procedures, such as IV starts, Foley catheter placement, and discharge admissions • Educate patients on postpartum care and follow-up instructions

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Texas • Good working knowledge of postpartum unit operations • Good communication and organizational skills • Current certifications in CPR, NRP, and ACLS

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) such as Meditech/CPN • Previous experience with postpartum unit operations • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
