Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat patients with various physical impairments, injuries, or illnesses to promote mobility, strength, and function. • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including exercises, modalities, and education on proper care and maintenance. • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal outcomes. • Conduct patient evaluations, create treatment plans, and monitor progress to adjust treatment as needed. • Educate patients and their families on proper techniques, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term recovery and well-being.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois. • Certification in a specialty area (e.g., orthopedics, neurology) is desirable. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working with patients with complex or chronic conditions. • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and current research in physical therapy. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple patients and tasks. • Strong documentation and record-keeping skills to maintain accurate patient records.
