Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery
Location: Houston, TX
Schedule: Nights
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality, patient-centered care • Monitor fetal heart rates and vital signs during labor and delivery • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians • Educate patients and families on postpartum care and newborn care
Required Qualifications:
• Current RN licensure in the state of Texas • Intermediate Electronic Fetal Monitoring certification • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Previous experience in labor and delivery or maternal- infant nursing • Familiarity with Hill-Rom birthing beds, Alaris IV pump, and GE core metrics FM • Experience with CADD Solis epidural pumps and NOVI wireless FM
