Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of various physical impairments and disabilities. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including exercises, modalities, and activities to promote patient recovery and well-being. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Conduct patient evaluations, including assessments of range of motion, strength, and function, to inform treatment decisions. • Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, lifestyle modifications, and self-management strategies to promote long-term health and independence.

Required Qualifications: • State License as a Physical Therapist • Current CPR certification • Negative drug screen results • Hep B vaccination

Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working with patients with complex physical impairments or disabilities • Knowledge of evidence-based physical therapy practices and modalities • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
