Key Responsibilities • Assess and evaluate individuals with communication disorders to develop and implement treatment plans • Conduct speech and language assessments, including articulation, language, and fluency evaluations • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication skills • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
Required Qualifications • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution • State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist • Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience working with children and adults with diverse communication needs • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches for speech and language disorders • Experience with electronic documentation and billing systems
