Registered Nurse Telemetry
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Telemetry Location: Conroe, TX Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Nights
Key Responsibilities: • Data collection and unit information for the 2 West Neuroscience Unit • Medication administration, IV push, blood administration, and blood thinner administration • Assessment and care of patients with telemetry monitoring
Required Qualifications: • Current RN licensure • BLS certification • ACLS certification • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience in telemetry nursing • Patient experience and patient education skills • Wound care and dressing change skills
