Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant

Location: Kenesaw, NE

Schedule: Full-time, Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy assistance to patients under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist • Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement exercises and modalities to promote healing and rehabilitation • Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams • Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications:

• Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) certification or licensure in the state of Nebraska • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred • Current CPR and PPD certification; ability to obtain Quantiferon or proof of positive PPD and Chest X-Ray within 30 days of hire • Ability to pass multi-state criminal background checks and other screening processes

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) or other healthcare settings • New graduate physical therapy assistants welcome to apply • Previous experience with COVID-19 testing and protocols
