Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapist Location Salisbury, MD Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Assess and treat patients with various physical impairments and conditions • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to promote mobility and function • Conduct exercises, modalities, and activities to enhance patient outcomes • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Required Qualifications: • Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Maryland • Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program • Current CPR certification
Preferred Experience / Skills: • SNF experience • Covid-19 vaccination requirements (proof of vaccination required) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
