Key Responsibilities: • Provide physical therapy assistance to patients under the supervision of a licensed therapist • Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and rehabilitation programs • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications: • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant Studies or related field • Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Massachusetts • Valid CPR certification
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or rehabilitation centers • Knowledge of rehabilitation software and electronic medical records systems • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move patients as needed
