Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapist

Schedule: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, including assessments, treatments, and education • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care • Conduct patient evaluations, create treatment plans, and monitor progress
Required Qualifications:
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts • Bachelor's degree in a related field • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility or related setting • Knowledge of dementia care and Alzheimer's disease • Experience with rehabilitation software and electronic medical records
