Therapist Physical Therapist

Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapist Location: Shreveport, LA Schedule: Days

Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including rehabilitation centers and skilled nursing facilities. • Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between services. • Educate patients and families on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and post-rehabilitation care.

Required Qualifications: • Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of Louisiana. • Bachelor's degree in exercise science, physical therapy, or related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous experience working in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) or rehabilitation centers. • New graduate physical therapists welcome to apply. • Covid-19 vaccination requirements: Please provide proof of negative Covid-19 test results 72 hours prior to start date and provide results 48 hours prior to start date.
