Schedule / Job Type:
Temporary, 13-16 week assignment, Days shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care within a mixed acuity unit, including Medical Surgical and Telemetry patients
• Manage patient assessments, plan and implement nursing care, and collaborate with healthcare teams
• Perform IV starts, Tracheostomy management, and monitor patient conditions according to clinical standards
• Adhere to hospital protocols for patient safety and documentation, including Epic electronic medical records
• Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity based on staffing needs

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of registered nurse experience
• Valid RN license in Ohio or relevant state
• Experience with Epic electronic medical record system
• BLS certification required
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including potential weekend shifts and variable hours
• Strong clinical skills in IV starts, telemetry, and tracheostomy management

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Oncology experience is preferred but not required
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Ability to self-schedule and communicate preferred shift requests
