Location Lebanon, PA
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, including assessments, treatment plans, and implementation of exercises and modalities. • Conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
Required Qualifications: • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program • Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of PA • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Outpatient experience, preferably in orthopedics • New grad or first-time traveler experience welcome • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week
