Job Title: Registered Nurse - Telemetry
Location: Newark, DE
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry setting, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing various medical procedures. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and implement evidence-based interventions to optimize patient outcomes. • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions. • Participate in code blue response, cardiac arrests, and other high-acuity events.
Required Qualifications: • Current RN license in DE or Compact state • 2 years of experience in telemetry specialty • Current certifications with expiration dates (e.g., ACLS, BLS) • Full SSN and DOB
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience with Cerner charting system • Knowledge of stroke, UTI, and PNA management • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
