Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in IMC, PCU, and stepdown units • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals • Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques
Required Qualifications • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of DE • 2 years of experience in IMC, PCU, or stepdown units • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience with endobronchial valve replacement, chest tubes, feeding tubes, chronic tracheostomy, and chronic vents • Familiarity with Cerner electronic medical records system • BLS and ACLS certification
