Full-time, Days (Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide postoperative recovery care to surgical patients in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).
• Monitor patient vital signs, manage pain, and respond to emergent situations.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth patient transitions and optimal recovery.
• Document patient status and care provided using electronic health records.
• Float between units as needed to meet facility staffing requirements.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including one late shift per week and occasional weekend coverage.

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license.
• Minimum of 4 years of nursing experience, preferably in perioperative or PACU settings.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
• Epic electronic charting experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to float within scope to support facility needs.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an acute care hospital.
• Knowledge of trauma level care (not required).
• Flexibility for block scheduling with manager approval.
