Key Responsibilities: • Provide physical therapy assistance to patients under the supervision of a licensed therapist. • Assist with patient assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of therapy programs. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.
Required Qualifications: • 1 year of professional SNF experience. • Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the state of Florida. • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or other long-term care setting. • Knowledge of rehabilitation software and electronic medical records (EMRs).
