Job Title: Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown
Location: Columbus, OH
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Progressive Care Unit (PCU), and Stepdown setting • Conduct IV starts, monitor telemetry, and perform other essential nursing skills • Utilize electronic medical records (EMRs) such as Epic to document patient information and coordinate care • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient plans
Required Qualifications: • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure • Minimum 2 years of experience in a PCU or equivalent setting • ACLS and BCLS certification required • IV start proficiency and telemetry monitoring experience
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous travel nursing experience • Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) such as Epic • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
