Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, days shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general orthopedic patient population
• Assess and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Deliver therapy sessions and monitor patient progress
• Manage a productivity rate of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily
• Double-book follow-up appointments as per clinic protocols
• Collaborate with clinic team to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• Valid license or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist in Georgia
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new grads are welcome to apply
• Ability to handle a busy patient schedule and work efficiently in a team environment
• Professional communication and documentation skills

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus
• Flexibility to float between clinics is not required
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week; overtime must be approved by the director
