Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Monitor and manage telemetry and dysrhythmia cases, ensuring prompt intervention.
• Administer medications and IV therapies, including insulin, heparin, and vasoactive drips, with proper titration.
• Manage complex conditions such as renal failure, cardiac issues, and airway emergencies.
• Utilize Rapid Response Team protocols and support wound care procedures, including wound vac management.
• Document patient care accurately using electronic medical records systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent emergency room nursing experience.
• Valid RN license in the state of Ohio.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications.
• Proven competency in telemetry, dysrhythmia management, and invasive airway management (CPAP/BIPAP).

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Familiarity with EPIC documentation systems.
• Experience with tracheostomy care and blood product administration.
• Knowledge of IV insulin and heparin protocols, including titration.
