Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic and vestibular patients.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day, including follow-up visits.
• Double-book follow-up visits to optimize patient throughput.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver quality patient care within the clinic.
• Maintain productivity standards of around 60 visits per week.
• Ensure all therapy sessions comply with clinic policies and standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid license or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to see orthopedic and vestibular patient populations.
• Willingness to accept new graduates and first-time travelers.
• Sound clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics if needed (note: float to other clinics is not required).

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Recent outpatient or orthopedic clinical experience.
• Experience working with vestibular patients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
