Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days (7AM - 7:30PM); weekdays and some weekends; rotating holidays; floating within units of equivalent or lower acuity levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency nursing care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in a high-volume ER setting
• Manage variable patient ratios, ensuring safe and efficient patient flow
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including interpretation services, pharmacy, respiratory services, and unit secretaries
• Adhere to hospital protocols and standards, including CPR, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications
• Utilize Epic electronic medical record system for documentation and patient management

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of emergency room nursing experience
• Active BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications
• Experience with Epic electronic medical records system
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Floating responsibilities within units of equivalent or lower acuity levels

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous travel nursing experience in emergency settings
• Experience caring for a diverse patient population across all age groups
