Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant
Location: Waupun, WI
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and activity modifications.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or certification.
- Basic knowledge of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Prior experience working in outpatient or rehabilitation settings.
- Familiarity with healthcare documentation and EHR systems.
