Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients in the IMC, PCU, or stepdown units.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform patient assessments.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Float to different units within the facility as needed to meet staffing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IMC, PCU, or stepdown units.
- Current RN license valid in the state of Ohio.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, telemetry, and medication administration.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with cardiac care units or lower acuity cardiac patients.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced hospital environment.
