Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant
Location: Raceland, LA
Schedule / Job Type: Days, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including musculoskeletal, vestibular, post-op, and student athletes.
• Assist licensed therapists in implementing treatment plans and documenting patient progress.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity goal of 60 visits per week.
• Support clinic operations with double-booking follow-up visits as needed.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Louisiana.
• Experience in outpatient therapy preferred but new grads are welcome.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in musculoskeletal, vestibular, or post-operative settings.
• Flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week, with prior approval for additional hours.
• Willingness to float between clinics as needed.
