Registered Nurse ICU

Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU

Location: Hermiston, OR

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, 13-week contract, day shifts, on-site

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to adult and pediatric patients in the ICU setting
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including other nurses and a full-time hospitalist physician
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer treatments, and document care accurately
• Respond to patient needs promptly and ensure high-quality care standards are maintained
• Follow established protocols and safety guidelines to deliver optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Valid RN license applicable in Oregon
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience, preferably in ICU or critical care settings
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience in a rural hospital environment
• Familiarity with caring for both adult and pediatric ICU patients
