Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed therapists in a clinical setting.
• Complete documentation related to patient care in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Ensure adherence to all licensing and credentialing requirements before starting assignments.
• Coordinate with the team to deliver high-quality patient care during scheduled shifts.
• Follow established protocols and safety guidelines to support patient recovery and safety.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Maryland.
• Experience with clinical documentation and patient care documentation.
• Ability to work day shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior work experience at ATI or similar healthcare facilities.
• Familiarity with credentialing processes and documentation requirements.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
