Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, focusing on physiologic, psychosocial, and cognitive status.
• Implement and document personalized care plans, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Educate patients and their families regarding care plans, procedures, and health management.
• Oversee and delegate patient care activities to other caregivers, supervising staff as needed.
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Function as a Charge Nurse when required, managing staff assignments and unit operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure for the state of Washington.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification with Healthcare Provider (HCP) level within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in acute care preferred; at least one year of RN experience in specialty areas is a plus.
• Ability to perform assessments, planning, and implementation of patient care.
• Knowledge of safety standards, infection control, and emergency procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Certification in Advanced Fetal Monitoring or equivalent.
• Certification in neonatal resuscitation (AAP NRP) required prior to completion of orientation and renewed every 2 years.
• Completion of STABLE and OB ALS online courses within specified timeframes.
• RN-C in specialty is preferred.
